Small business contracts are designed for the usage of small to medium businesses, ensuring that they get the most out of their mobile and data plans. This may be used overseas, in the UK and travelling around Europe, depending on the contract you sign.
What are the benefits of a small business contract:
Replacement Service
EE will replace any EE Handset that develops a fault apart from EE Apple handsets. In the first 30 days these handsets can be returned to us. In the first twelve months they must be sent back to the Apple Store and then to EE for the remainder of the contract (replacement service is available anywhere in the uk).
Customer Service Team
You will have access to UK based dedicated service team, to help with any questions or queries you may have.
Courtesy Data Alerts
EE will send a text when 80% and 100% of the data allowance has been used and will stop at 100%. Customers can opt to buy more, this is great if you think you you need more data.
Inclusive WiFi Benefits
